Rusty World
Rusty World is the first feature release for the RRCC global community network side of the RRCC website.
The Rusty World Map allows RRCC members to add their general location on the global map so the community can connect between members in their regional area and begin to spread the world wide visibility of the RRCC community.
Only RRCC members (NFT holders) can see the map, allowing the community to connect with other RRCC community members in their region. Helping us to push RRCC events and meet-ups and kick-start a global event and networking platform that will grow along with the ecosystem and community.
Privacy is a priority so by default community profiles are switched to private and assigning location is a manual task. No GPS or device location tracking is used in the app you control your location and sharing.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT DIGITAL PRIVACY FOR RRCC MEMBERS IS OF UPMOST IMPORTANCE. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ADD THEIR REAL ADDRESS INTO THE PLATFORM, BUT RATHER SELECT A TOWN OR CITY NEARBY TO SHARE YOUR LOCALE WITH OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
Navigating the Rusty World
To open the Rusty World map click on the Rusty World option in your dashboard menu
The map display shows a number of different icons:
Hovering over a map pin will allow you to view the username of the member
Clicking on a map pin will show you more information about the member
Share Your Profile
Only RRCC members can view profiles. To share your profile, click the "Share Profile" option on your member info card.
Your profile link will be copied to your clipboard and you may paste it into messages and apps to share the link to your profile with other RRCC members
Member Profiles
To view a members profile from the map, click the "View Profile" button on the members info card
A member profile page contains the same information as your profile page. Allowing community members to show off their collections and in time connect with each other to plan and coordinate community events, collaborations, and meet-ups.

Setting Up Your Location
To add your location you first need to go to switch your profile to publicly visible to allow other RRCC members to view your profile.
Make Profile Public
From your profile page:
Click the "Edit Profile" button
Toggle the switch to "Public"
Click the "Save Profile" button
Add Your Location
From your profile page:
Click the "Edit Profile" button
Click on the "Edit" button next to location select option:
Drop the pin to a location on the map
Press the "Save Your Location" button
Click the "Save Profile" button
note: Your location can only be saved if your profile is in public view
ONLY RRCC MEMBERS can view Rusty World and your uploaded location.
Next Steps
Rusty World will be an expanding members area of the RRCC website app. It will be a space where community members can share their NFTs, Badges, and other RRCC exclusive things, as well as connect with other members, collaborate on projects, and to create and share events and meet-ups.
As the community grows, so will Rusty World.
